The structure of Rameshwar Temple comprises of a prayer hall (sabhamandap), sanctum sanctorum and 7.62 meter high tower shaped gopuram. In front of the prayer hall, there are three ponds or kunds, Parjanya Kund, Agni kund and Vayoo kund located just outside the sabhamandap. The three ponds or kunds are the main attraction of Rameshwar Temple. Rameshwar Temple is built in the Hemadpanti style of architechture.
Rameshwar temple complex is spread over a large piece of land. A huge pond is seen right in front of the temple which is called as Pokhran. Rameshwar temple like all Shiva Temples has Nandi in front of the main temple facing the idol. There are two tall deep stamb in front of the Temple. Just as one enters the temple there is a large prayer hall or sabhamandap supported by the colourful wooden pillars. Next to the prayer hall is the sanctum sanctorum having arched pillars and a shiviling in the center enclosed room. and on the left side of the shivling room there is a Ganpati idol and on the right side there was Lord vishnu's idol. There is a large pond outside the Rameshwar temple which gives it responsiblr for its aesthetic appeal.
There is a ASI protected heritage site behind the Rameshwar temple. Although there is no sign board saying so it is said to be a memorial to one of the Angres.
